Group Therapy Offerings
Group therapy can be a meaningful experience, either on its own or as an adjunct to individual therapy. We encourage you to explore our current group offerings below!

Description: 8-week skill-based group for adults experiencing perfectionistic tendencies, high levels of anxiety, high expectations for performance, difficulty with intense emotions, difficulty with openness and flexibility, and trouble with self-compassion
Location: virtual and open to those located in CA, NY, FL, and ME
Dates/times: early 2025
Fee: $125/week (sliding scale available) or Lyra Health
Prerequisite: 1 introduction session with group leader to assess fit and discuss individual goals ($200)

Description: 6-week group for parents seeking evidence-based behavioral skills and techniques; more confidence with their parenting skills; less stress from difficult interactions with their children; an enhanced relationship with their children; a solution to tantrums and and the feeling that their child doesn't listen.

Fee: $90/person/week or $125/couple/week (sliding scale available)

Description: 8-week group providing a supportive, inclusive, and affirming environment for teens to learn essential social navigation strategies while building confidence and connecting with peers.
Topics covered include self-esteem, identity formation, shame resilience, finding community, emotion regulation, social safety skills

Description: 8-week community support group for adults in the LGBTQIA+ community looking for support building community, navigating life as an LGBTQIA+ person, managing intense emotions, cultivating resilience in the face of oppression, identifying and living in line with values, experiencing self-compassion, and more!
