THE PROCESS:

Believe it or not, being here means you’ve already taken one of the hardest steps.

We’re ready to walk alongside you.

Meet the founder

I’M BROOKE SCHWARTZ, LCSW

I’m a therapist who believes that change and growth happen in the context of safe and nurturing relationships. While I’ve received exceptional training in evidence-based therapies from my time at Columbia University and the NYU Child Study Center—and learned from skilled (and superheroic) clinicians—my years in practice have taught me that even the best-researched interventions are only as impactful as the connection they’re grounded in.

I consider myself one of the lucky ones who gets to build authentic relationships with people like you: the people-pleasers, worriers, “what am I doing with my life?”-ers, the big feelers, and the change seekers. From there, we use that connection as a launchpad for personalized, meaningful, and sustainable change.
