Kaitlin is a Los-Angeles based psychotherapist passionate about working with children of all ages, teens, and young adults on their journeys to grow, thrive, and create lasting change. Kaitlin loves working with clients that identify with having big emotions and are sensitive to the world around them.

As a teen and adult therapist well versed in the mind-body connection, Kaitlin believes in the power of balancing change and acceptance. She offers individual therapy utilizing DBT, CBT, and ERP for challenges including impulse-control, anger, OCD, Panic Disorder, anxiety, ADHD, social difficulties, and school/work troubles, ensuring each her clients leave session with a sense of accomplishment. Kaitlin also offers skills-only sessions tailoring DBT to the individual needs of her clients to help them overcome challenges, build resilience, and improve emotional understanding and communication.

When working with children (ages 3+) she utilizes play therapy techniques, art interventions, and Trauma-Focused CBT to help children process emotions, expand their self-expression, learn problem-solving, increase resilience to life stressors, and promote cognitive development. Kaitlin also offers family therapy to increase family understanding, communication, and bonding.

Kaitlin received a Masters of Clinical Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. In addition to her work as a therapist, she has experience as a school counselor for an elementary and middle school and as an outpatient child and family therapist for the Department of Mental Health at The Help Group. Prior to moving to Los Angeles, Kaitlin studied at NYU, majoring in Creative Expression, Technology, and Consciousness with a minor in Studio Art. She continues to paint, write, and get creative with various art projects in her free time when she’s not surfing, playing video games, or scrolling on Tik-Tok.
