Molly Williams, ACSW (she/her)
Staff Therapist
Molly is a neurodivergent therapist who specializes in working with autistic, ADHD, and highly sensitive kids, adolescents, and young adults (ages 5 to 35) who live with anxiety, dysregulation/depression, sensory-overload, executive dysfunction, C-PTSD/PTSD, low self-esteem and identity challenges, sensory-related eating challenges, masking stress, communication challenges, and/or navigating life as an LGBTQIA+ person. Molly honors lived experience, whether a client is formally diagnosed with autism or ADHD, self-diagnosed, or questioning their neurotype. She tailors her work to her clients’ needs, not just to the words on their charts.
Molly’s sessions mix a light, warm-hearted approach with evidence-based skill building. Her niche lies in adapting scientifically proven modalities, like DBT, for neurodivergent brains. Treatment plans are collaborative, creative, and client-led. You choose your goals and how you work best.
While Molly teaches skills, she also holds space for sharing, laughing, and building connection. Nerd out about your favorite video game! Catch her up on school drama! Show her your anime, read her your fan-fiction, gush about new music, or laugh about TikToks! Sessions can be flexible and fun.
In addition to therapy, Molly has provided neurodiversity consultancy and speaking services to faculty, clinicians, and researchers at CHLA-UCEDD, CHLA-Adolescent Medicine, CHLA Pediatric Residency Program, USC School of Social Work, USC Chan School of Occupational Therapy, University of Bristol (UK) as well as counseling services to adolescent residential treatment centers and school districts across Los Angeles County. Her life goal is to help neurodivergent people understand their brains, bodies, and emotions so that they can build happy and healthy lives.
When she is not in session, Molly enjoys reading Jane Austen, embroidering forest animals, and visiting her hometown — Phoenix — between November and April.
Molly is an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW #109462) supervised by Brooke Schwartz (LCSW #105459)
