How you operate

Your religious faith — the one you were born into or chose — or a system you trusted let you down in some way. Maybe your faith preached that your identity was sinful, you are struggling to move past religious guilt or purity culture, or you were abused at the hands of a leader you trusted. Perhaps you are navigating grief, anger, anxiety, or confusion that comes from losing a worldview that had guided. Your experiences have left you with distressing memories, anger, guilt, dissociation, and other symptoms you wish you could get rid of.

How we help

We'll create a space where you can begin healing your traumas, a space where you can cry, rant, fume, and maybe even laugh as you create the life you want with a new relationship to faith and community. We’ll utilize evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) to reduce the impacts of religious or institutional trauma in your daily functioning.
