How you operate

You’re checked out. You read without absorbing the material or check the clock to realize you’ve scrolled through Instagram for 30 minutes when you thought it’d been 5. You struggle to stay present with others and end up feeling disconnected and “in your head” as a result.

How we help

We teach our clients about mindfulness — the act of paying attention on purpose and without judgment to the present moment. We’ll start by identifying moments that already exist in your day, like the first sip of coffee or the cold pillow on your cheek, to strengthen your mindfulness muscle. We’ll dispel the belief that mindfulness is a closed-eye practice, while validating that drifting away and being distracted is all part of the process.
