How you operate

You identify as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, either publicly or privately, and you’re navigating a world that isn't always supportive of who you are. Maybe you're exploring the idea of coming out, navigating relationships changes, battling internalized shame, hurting from systemic oppression and discrimination, or feeling alone. Or maybe you simply don't want to spend your therapy sessions educating your therapist about your identity and want to work with someone who "gets it."

We take into account how your identity impacts the way in which you navigate the world as we create a safe and affirming space for you to exist exactly as you are. We’ll provide you with knowledge, skills, and gentle feedback through a queer-informed lens to help you work toward your goals.
