How you operate

You witnessed or experienced something and it’s hard to move forward. Maybe it was years ago or yesterday — either way you're feeling a lot (and sometimes, ironically, nothing at all). You’re experiencing trauma and PTSD symptoms such as distressing memories, fear, anxiety, anger, numbness, depression, guilt, dissociation, flashbacks, nightmares, avoidance, and hopelessness.

How we help

We’ll guide you gently and warmly through trauma treatment to address your symptoms. Our therapists are trained in evidence-based treatments for PTSD including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET). At a session frequency decided on collaboratively (daily, biweekly, or weekly), your therapist will support you in exploring the impact and meaning the traumatic event (or events) has had on your life and help you examine and change unhelpful thoughts and feelings related to the event, yourself, others, and the world.
